Requirements

• 8-10+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally across tech, engineering or deeptech roles
• Strong expertise in advanced sourcing, talent hunting and structured interview methodologies
• Experience in scale-ups using automation to manage heavy workload (>20 interviews/week)
• Comfortable recruiting in demanding, international, fast-growing contexts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with top-tier candidates
• Autonomous, proactive, highly organized with strong delivery mindset
• Fully fluent in French and English, spoken and written
