Highlights

  • Build AI for electronic warfare systems detecting RF signals in contested spectrum.
  • Own research end-to-end from prototyping on real data to deployment on edge hardware.
  • Tackle self-supervised learning for deinterleaving, emitter ID and anomaly detection.

What they offer

  • Competitive salary and VSOP options
  • Relocation support up to €2,500 and 4 weeks temporary accommodation
  • €500/£450 yearly learning allowance
  • Gym membership and mental health support
  • Regular company events and monthly social allowances
  • Enhanced parental leave: 22 weeks primary and 6 weeks secondary

Ideal candidate

Mission-driven ML researcher with PhD-level depth who thrives on messy real-world data and shipping to production. Curious, pragmatic builder eager to learn RF and work closely with engineers and operators.

Requirements

  • PhD or equivalent research track record in ML, signal processing, physics, electrical engineering or related field with publications at NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, ICASSP or similar
  • Shipped non-trivial ML into a real product beyond notebooks
  • Comfortable on irregular, noisy sequence data including temporal models and calibration under distribution shift
