  • Prototype on real recorded data and push models to run on edge hardware.
  • Tackle self-supervised learning, emitter ID and anomaly detection.

What they offer

  • Competitive salary and VSOP options
  • Relocation support up to €2,500 and 4 weeks temporary accommodation
  • €500/£450 yearly learning allowance
  • Gym membership and mental health support via Nilo.health
  • Regular company events and monthly social allowances
  • Enhanced parental leave: 22 weeks primary, 6 weeks secondary caregivers
  • 5 days paid family emergency leave and family support options

Ideal candidate

PhD-level ML researcher who has shipped real models and thrives on messy, noisy sequence data. Mission-driven builder eager to learn RF alongside engineers and see work run on real platforms.

Requirements

  • Hold a PhD or equivalent research track record in ML, signal processing, physics, electrical engineering or related field with publications at NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, ICASSP or similar
  • Have shipped non-trivial ML into a real product beyond notebooks
  • Comfortable on irregular, noisy sequence data including temporal and self-supervised or contrastive methods
  • Write clean Python and willing to pick up Rust where deployment demands it
  • Read papers and reimplement them with judgment on what will hold up
  • Communicate research clearly to ML peers, RF engineers and end users
