Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across diverse formats and disciplines
• Rigorous understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and composition
• Ability to translate complex technical subjects into clear compelling visuals
• Experience building presentations and visualising proposals
• Organised, self-directed and able to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable with feedback, fast iteration and multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Intellectually curious about autonomous systems, military doctrine and AI
