Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in aerospace or defense
• Proficiency with CAD software for 3D models and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of aerospace materials and processes including composites and CNC
• Knowledge of quality control standards including SPC and inspection techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and manufacturing execution systems
