Requirements

• Proven strong experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance in high-growth, venture-backed or recently listed technology/industrial environments
• Track record of hands-on monthly reporting and variance analysis
• Passion for modern technology, automation and data structures, leveraging advanced tooling and AI for insights
• Ability to distill complex operational, supply-chain and defense-contract economics into clear strategic narrative
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), MBA, or CFA as highly desirable
• Proficient in German and English
