Mission-driven programme leader with deep defence sector experience who thrives owning senior military stakeholders and steering complex, regulated programmes to mission delivery.

Requirements

• Multiple years managing end-to-end programme delivery within the defence sector
• Proven ability to own senior relationships across MoDs, armed forces and industrial consortia
• Track record building steering mechanisms, risk frameworks and executive reporting in regulated environments
• Full fluency in English and German (C1 minimum) and willingness to travel regularly
• Ability to immediately obtain or currently hold national security clearance
