Requirements

• 3+ years designing and shipping modern software and web experiences
• Proven experience designing high-performing marketing sites in production
• Experience working as a product designer embedded with PMs and engineers
• Track record of metrics-driven design with A/B testing and conversion focus
• Strong visual design skills across typography, layout, color, and motion
• Strong systems thinking building components and patterns
• Fluency in AI-assisted design with Claude Code, Codex or equivalent
• Mobile-first and responsive design expertise
• Comfort with ambiguity, high velocity, and iterating in public
• Clear communication and data-informed decision making
• Open-minded, self-driven learner staying on the front edge of the industry
