Requirements

• Experience with JavaScript or Python (ideally both)
• Comfortable building prototypes, automations and internal tools
• Understanding of LLMs, tokens/context windows, APIs & CLI tooling
• Understanding of MCP ecosystems, agent frameworks, tool use & orchestration
• Understanding of RAG / retrieval concepts
• Experience using modern AI coding workflows and AI-native tooling
• Ability to quickly turn ideas into working demos or systems
