Requirements

• Experience running production systems on Kubernetes and AWS including deployments, scaling, networking and troubleshooting
• Strong software engineering skills building shared services, tools and automation for other engineers
• Experience with databases, queues and distributed systems including performance debugging and recovery
• Track record owning a difficult production problem from unclear start to working solution
• Ability to set priorities, make practical tradeoffs and remove blockers
• Clear communication, openness to feedback and knowledge sharing
