Requirements

• Deep database expertise in modeling, indexes, query plans, partitioning, transactions and locking
• Strong architecture judgment across service boundaries, APIs, async workflows, caching and failure handling
• Hands-on Kubernetes and CI/CD experience from design to deployment and debugging
• Track record shipping and operating backend systems including high-traffic workloads
• API security expertise in authentication, object-level authorization and tenant isolation including IDOR prevention
• Understanding of social and collaborative tool design trade-offs in feeds, follows, notifications and real-time sync
• High agency and ownership with low ego, ambition and energy for intense pace and urgent launches
