Ideal candidate

A highly organized, autonomous systems-thinker who loves turning messy manual processes into fast, scalable workflows and partnering across Legal, Finance and GTM teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in contract management, legal operations, or commercial operations, ideally at a high-growth technology company
• Deep hands-on Ironclad experience building and launching workflows, templates, and approvals
• Strong knowledge of commercial agreements and contracting lifecycles; law degree not required
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in a high-volume environment
• Strong judgment applying playbooks, meeting SLAs, and knowing when to escalate to Legal
• Collaborative communicator effective across Legal, Finance, Growth, Recruiting, PR, and leadership
• Familiarity with automation and AI tools such as n8n and Claude
