Requirements

• Portfolio with real AI-generated work and ability to walk through process
• Hands-on experience producing AI promo videos end to end from concept to final cut
• Deep fluency with AI image and video models and picking the right tool
• Strong prompting skills with iteration and debugging
• Ability to keep character, style and lighting consistent across a series
• Editing skills to cut 15-30 second promos with pacing, titles and sound
• Solid design foundation in composition and typography
• Comfort working fast and at volume without losing quality
• English level sufficient to set type and catch headline errors
• Ability to explain creative decisions
