Requirements

• Strong SQL with window functions, cohorts, funnels and retention on raw event data
• Working-level Python for analysis with pandas and notebooks
• Real experimentation experience designing, running and acting on A/B tests
• Statistical honesty on significance, peeking, novelty effects and sample-ratio mismatch
• Understanding of subscription and one-time purchase mechanics including refunds and credits
• Ownership mindset to decide what to analyze and drive to shipped change
• Clear written and spoken English at B2+ level
