Requirements

• 5+ years providing executive, principal or family office support
• Fluent in Russian and English
• Expert in complex international travel, visas and multi-city itineraries
• Able to travel extensively up to three weeks at a time
• Strong judgment, detail and ability to anticipate needs under pressure
• Hands-on executor with disciplined expense management
• Based in San Francisco and able to work in-office when CEO is present
