Requirements

• Exceptional portfolio of cinematic AI work at commercial quality
• 5+ years in film, advertising, commercial or creative production, including 2+ years hands-on with generative AI
• Deep fluency across image and video models, consistency techniques, VFX, motion and AI production workflows
• Strong cinematic fundamentals across shot design, lighting, composition, storyboarding, camera movement and editing
• Experience delivering customer-facing pilots, PoCs or productions from brief through final output
• Comfortable presenting to executives and running live demos
• Ability to translate complex AI workflows for non-technical creative teams
• High agency, strong ownership and ability to move quickly in a startup environment
• Excellent communication skills
