Requirements

• 8-12 years of enterprise SaaS, AI, cloud, MarTech, AdTech, or related technology sales experience
• Demonstrated success exceeding enterprise revenue targets across Latin America
• Experience selling to large enterprise organizations with complex procurement and legal processes
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of Latin American enterprise market, business practices and buying dynamics
• Ability to develop multi-country territory strategies and execute independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Portuguese proficiency strongly preferred
• Experience selling AI, generative AI, creative, marketing, advertising technology or media platforms
• Existing relationships with enterprises, agencies, media companies or partners across Latin America
• Experience at a high-growth venture-backed startup
• Familiarity with PLG and enterprise sales models
• Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM
• Must be able to travel
