Requirements

• Portfolio of cinematic AI work at commercial quality
• 5+ years in commercial, film, or creative production with 2+ years hands-on with generative AI
• Deep fluency across image and video models, consistency techniques, VFX and motion workflows
• Real cinematic craft: shot design, lighting, composition, storyboarding, editing
• Proven client-facing delivery of pilots, PoCs or commissioned productions from brief to finish
• Comfortable presenting to executives and running live demos under pressure
• Ability to teach non-technical creative teams
• High agency, ownership and startup mentality
• Excellent English
