Requirements

• Sold creative, marketing or AI technology into Japanese enterprises and agencies
• Existing network across Japan's largest agencies, media groups and brands
• Track record sourcing, running and closing enterprise deals with consensus-building
• Experience navigating Japanese procurement, security and legal processes
• Hands-on fluency with Higgsfield or comparable creative AI tools
• Based in Japan with ability to travel for in-person meetings and to Almaty and San Francisco
• Overlap with Asia-based Growth team working hours
