Requirements

• Recent experience hiring salespeople or commercial roles like AE, SDR, account management or business development
• Track record with hiring metrics such as hires per quarter, time to fill and offer acceptance
• Experience in fast-growing tech, marketplace, fintech or agency environment
• Fluent English with experience interviewing candidates and working with US-based managers
• Sharp people judgment with ability to assess CVs and explain reasoning clearly
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Comfortable with ATS tools like Ashby, Greenhouse or Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter and AI assistants
• High ownership mindset with enthusiasm for intense, outcome-driven work
