Requirements

• 10+ years professional experience including 4+ years in policy role at technology or platform company
• Significant experience advising on technology, platform, product or content policy issues
• Experience working with product teams on regulatory, safety and reputational decisions
• Ability to translate complex policy developments into practical recommendations
• Strong analytical skills synthesizing perspectives and tradeoffs
• Excellent written and verbal communication to senior stakeholders
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Product and Communications
• Experience operating independently at senior level on ambiguous issues
