Requirements

• 3+ years leading recruiting teams or recruiting operations
• Proven track record scaling hiring in a high-growth technology company
• Experience building recruiting processes, reporting, and team rituals from the ground up
• Deep ATS expertise; Ashby strongly preferred
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
• Data-driven mindset with experience building recruiting metrics and dashboards
• Excellent written and verbal English and Russian
