Requirements

• Hands-on Ironclad experience configuring, managing and optimizing CLM workflows required
• Deep expertise in legal technology including CLM, e-billing and matter management
• Experience designing legal workflows, process improvements and automation solutions
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and emerging technologies
• Experience supporting global teams in a rapidly scaling organization
• Strong analytical skills with metrics, reporting and data-informed decisions
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive and able to operate independently
• Experience at high-growth technology or AI company strongly preferred
