Requirements

• Degree from top-tier university, ideally STEM or quantitative field
• 3-5 years experience including 2+ years in top-tier consulting, IB/PE, Big Tech or fast-growing tech
• Track record of outstanding achievement across areas like olympiads, competitions or building
• Experience working abroad or in global organization as non-native speaker
• Proven ownership leading complex cross-functional projects end to end
• Strong analytical and problem-decomposition skills with data
• Board-level writing and presentation skills
• US work authorization and based in San Francisco or willing to relocate
