Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B technology sales experience, including 3+ years leading high-performing sales teams
• Demonstrated success selling and leading teams on complex, high-value enterprise deals
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
• Experience recruiting, coaching and developing high-performing Account Executives
• Exceptional command of pipeline management, forecasting and sales execution
• Ability to operate in a rapidly evolving environment with limited structure
• Strong executive presence engaging senior customer stakeholders
• Highly analytical and data-driven approach to performance
