Requirements

• Founding or early-operator experience owning outcomes without a spec
• Shipped Trust & Safety, moderation, fraud, risk, or compliance products at scale
• Comfort translating legal, policy and financial-risk inputs into product with counsel and payments providers
• Strong technical judgment on classifier, fraud-detection, threshold and evaluation tradeoffs
• Decide in dollars and risk: block rate cost, miss cost, and false fraud flag cost
