Requirements

• 5+ years in recruiting, recruiting operations, or talent program management, including 2+ years owning process for a recruiter team
• Hands-on Ashby experience or deep expertise in comparable ATS with ability to become Ashby power user
• Experience building recruiting reports and dashboards used by leadership for decisions
• Experience in high-growth company hiring at volume across multiple functions
• Ability to hold recruiters and hiring managers accountable without direct authority
• Highly structured, exceptionally organized, and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal English and Russian
