Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience including senior and leadership hires
• Proven track record hiring senior Software Engineers, ML Engineers, Researchers or Data professionals
• Solid understanding of modern engineering and ML teams, infrastructure and production environments
• Strong sourcing skills engaging passive senior candidates
• Proven ability to close candidates in competitive offer situations
• Ability to earn trust of senior technical leaders as a recruiting partner
• Experience using Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent written and verbal English and Russian
