Requirements

• 5+ years in SEO, including 2+ years leading function at high-growth consumer company
• Track record scaling non-branded organic traffic with clear ranking and revenue outcome
• Deep technical SEO expertise across crawlability, indexation, rendering and structured data
• Experience running link building via digital PR, linkable assets and partnerships
• Full command of Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush and own funnels and queries
• Experience managing hybrid teams of in-house specialists, agencies and freelance writers
• Programmatic SEO and localization at scale across 10+ languages (preferred)
