Requirements

• Strong technical fluency with complex products, APIs, systems and workflows
• Experience in technical customer-facing role like TPM, Solutions Engineering or TAM
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving for ambiguous technical issues
• Ability to translate between technical and business contexts
• Exceptional ownership and follow-through across multiple workstreams
• Strong prioritization in high-volume, fast-moving environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
