Requirements

• Senior engineer able to own architecture autonomously
• Experience building developer-facing infrastructure at AI or dev-tools company
• Substantial open-source contributions to a Python library
• Comfortable with async Python and distributed systems
• Shipped realtime systems with streaming or live inference
• Practical experience with LLMs or multimodal models in production
• Clear written communication and async collaboration in public
