Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in FP&A in biotech, pharma or life sciences and/or investment banking, consulting or corporate development with healthcare focus
• Expertise building and running complex three-statement, multi-scenario financial models
• Experience as finance business partner collaborating with executives and scientific leaders on budgets and resource allocation
• Experience managing, hiring and developing finance professionals
• Experience leading recurring planning and reporting cycles on tight timelines with Accounting
• Familiarity with drug development economics including program costs and partnership structures
• Public-company experience preferred including earnings, SEC filings or investor materials
• Experience with Adaptive Planning and NetSuite preferred
