- Proven experience independently negotiating CRO, clinical and SaaS agreements
- Hands-on experience implementing or administering a CLM platform
- Working knowledge of healthcare compliance and data privacy laws for clinical contracting
- Practical, risk-balanced judgment with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
