Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field, CCP preferred
- 12+ years progressive HR experience leading total rewards programs
- Strong knowledge of benchmarking, salary structures, incentives, equity and job architecture
- Experience managing US benefits programs with brokers and vendors
- HRIS expertise in implementation, optimization, reporting and data governance
- Experience with PEO exit and standing up payroll, benefits and HR systems preferred
