Requirements
- J.D. with active U.S. state bar membership and USPTO registration
- Advanced degree in chemistry, medicinal chemistry or related field, Ph.D. preferred
- 8+ years of life sciences patent experience spanning law firm and in-house biotech/pharma
- Recent hands-on drafting and prosecution of small molecule patent applications
- Experience with global portfolio strategy, FTO analyses and pharma collaborations and licensing
- Regular use of AI tools in IP practice with sound judgment on confidentiality
- Willingness to work hands-on in a lean team and advise scientists and executives
