Requirements

• PhD in machine learning, computer science, computational chemistry, physics or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience training large-scale transformer models end-to-end
• Experience with post-training approaches including RL, SFT, fine-tuning and large-scale experimentation
• Strong engineering practices with reproducible experimentation and clean, tested code
• Comfort with modern ML infrastructure including Docker, CUDA, Kubernetes and experiment tracking
