Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline preferred
• 4-6 years of professional FP&A experience, preferably in biotech, pharma or life sciences
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and consolidation processes
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) and planning tools (e.g. Adaptive Planning, Anaplan) preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to partner across teams
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environment
