Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field or equivalent experience
- 8-12 years of professional FP&A experience within biotech, pharma or life sciences
- Strong understanding of R&D life cycles, preclinical drug discovery and associated cost drivers
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to partner across scientific and business teams
