Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, healthcare, or business-related discipline with 7+ years of project management experience in pharma or biotech, or Master's with 5+ years
• Oncology experience preferred
• Proven ability to manage timelines, cross-functional coordination, and third-party vendor relationships
• Familiarity with regulatory submission processes
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to work across disciplines and levels
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar)
• PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus
