Requirements

• Previous Executive Assistant experience
• Fluent in English and German
• Legal authorization to work in Germany and valid driver's license
• Availability to travel internationally including to the US on short notice
• Excellent project management, logistics and coordination skills
• Great communication skills with ability to build trust
• Tech savvy and fast at learning new tools
• Comfort working in international and multicultural environment
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
