Requirements
- Experienced bioanalytical leader across small molecules, biologics and ADCs
- Expertise in PK, PD and ADA immunogenicity assay design, validation and transfer in non-GLP and GLP settings
- Experience managing global CROs and driving preclinical execution toward IND
- Thrives in fast-paced, agile, AI-first environment with strong communication and influencing skills
- remote policy
- Hybrid, 3 days per week in office including Tuesday and Wednesday
