Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance experience, including direct management, ideally within high-growth SaaS companies
• Track record of building financial systems and processes that scale with a fast-growing business
• Strong analytical rigor paired with ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and board audiences
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with flexibility to shift priorities as the business scales
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
