Requirements

• 5-8+ years of product design experience with portfolio showing process and decisions
• Proven 0-to-1 ownership from idea through launch and iteration
• Strong interaction and visual design craft including edge cases and accessibility
• Strong product instincts grounded in customer needs
• Hands-on prototyping in Figma and AI coding tools
• Experience with design systems, AI products or enterprise software
• Familiarity shipping via GitHub pull requests and code review
• Collaborative track record with product and engineering
• Skill using research and data to inform design decisions
