Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with staff/principal scope and influence
• Demonstrated experience leading major technical initiatives to completion and understanding trade-offs
• Deep expertise designing integration and data-ingestion systems with API, auth, security constraints
• Strong distributed systems fundamentals for reliability, scalability and maintainability
• AI fluency with LLMs, agents, RAG, context windows and data governance for AI systems
• Proactive ownership-driven mindset with excellent technical judgment and communication
