Requirements

• Proven experience in technical consulting, customer success or other customer-facing technical role
• Extensive experience in software development, QA, IT, DevOps, ML or related IT field
• Hands-on knowledge of AI/LLMs in software development
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and local office language
• Exceptional presentation skills for demonstrating products
• Ability to identify and address technical and business challenges
• Ability to convey technical concepts to any audience
• Comfort in fast-paced dynamic environment
• Experience working in or with large software development teams
• Collaborative, team-focused mentality with initiative
• Self-direction and resourcefulness
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
