Requirements

• Professional experience handling employee relations, employment law, or workplace investigations
• Working knowledge of European employment law across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience collaborating with Works Councils and employee representative bodies on consultation and co-determination
• Proven ability to conduct balanced, confidential workplace investigations
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience navigating organizational change or workforce consultations
• Understanding of GDPR and workplace privacy considerations
