Requirements

• Track record taking products or ventures from ambiguity to launch and early adoption
• Hands-on experience building with AI/agentic products or emerging technologies
• Experience in early customer acquisition, founder-led sales and commercialization
• Experience in L&D, coaching, sales enablement, HR tech or behavior-change products
• Technical fluency to evaluate agentic workflows alongside engineers
• End-to-end ownership across strategy, discovery, product and go-to-market
• Builder mindset favoring quick prototypes and direct learning
• Strong customer discovery and clear communication with senior decision-makers
