Requirements

• Proven experience as Finance Business Partner, Financial Analyst or similar FP&A role in multinational or fast-growing company
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and performance management processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into business action
• High proficiency in Excel and experience with FP&A tools and BI platforms
• Strong business acumen with ability to engage confidently with technical and product stakeholders
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, simplifying complex finance for non-financial audiences
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environment
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
