Requirements

• Proven track record as an ML/AI Lead
• 5+ years in ML/AI systems, including 2+ years with LLMs and generative AI
• Deep understanding of LLM ecosystem, model architectures and fine-tuning
• Hands-on prompt engineering and LLM pipeline design including evaluation
• Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangSmith or smolagents
• Experience with vector databases and RAG patterns
• Experience deploying and scaling LLM apps via APIs or open-source models
• Strong Python skills, Kotlin a plus
• Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal
