Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role, ideally in an international fast-scaling IT organization
• Strong leadership skills with track record of initiating action and formulating strategy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across functions and geographies
• Analytical mindset and structured approach to complex problem-solving
• Resilience and adaptability while driving change under pressure
• Expertise in structuring teams, processes and operating models
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with procurement automation tools, ERP systems and data-driven decision-making
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
